Frequently Asked Questions

What’s included in the Tidaro trial?

The Tidaro trial gives you full access to all features and modules, including desk booking, room booking, parking booking, interactive maps, and analytics. The environment is preconfigured with demo (dummy) data, so you can start testing immediately without uploading your own office plans or user lists. You’ll experience Tidaro exactly as your team would after launch, with support from our team available throughout the 14-day trial period.

What makes Tidaro different from other booking systems?

Tidaro stands out because it’s more than just a booking app: it’s a partner in creating smarter workplaces. We go beyond setup, offering personalized onboarding and expert guidance to make your hybrid model thrive. Tidaro adapts to any organization, from small teams to global enterprises, with flexible configuration and ISO 27001:2022-level security. And when you need help, our responsive support team, available by email or phone, is always there for you.

How quickly can we start using Tidaro after starting the trial?

Immediately. The Tidaro trial is preconfigured with demo (dummy) data, so you can start exploring the platform right after sign-up, no setup required. You can test all key features, including desk, room, and parking bookings, as well as maps and analytics, in a fully functional evaluation environment. If you decide to continue after the trial, your setup and any data you’ve added will remain available in your production account.

Can we customize our trial to our needs?

Yes. Every new trial starts with demo (dummy) data so you can explore Tidaro right away. If you prefer, our team can replace that data with your own setup: configuring maps, booking rules, user groups, and modules to match your company’s structure. This means you’ll test Tidaro in an environment that truly reflects your office and workflows, not just a sample setup. With everything ready from day one, your team can start using the platform immediately and see real results faster.

What happens after the 14-day trial ends?

After your 14-day free trial, you can easily move to a paid subscription and keep all your setup and data, no need to start over. If you decide not to continue, your trial will simply expire. We keep your configuration for a short time in case you change your mind, and then securely delete it.

Can we start with a smaller group of users and expand later?

Yes. You can start with any number of users and scale gradually as adoption grows. Many companies start with one location or department and expand once employees get familiar with the tool. Tidaro is designed to scale easily across teams, floors, or offices.
